All three dogs in the Twelve Paws family are littermate Aussie / Corgi mixes that have helped develop our love for the sport of K9Nosework!
PeeWee
PeeWee has enjoyed the sport of Nosework since he was introduced to it as a puppy when he joined his sister’s class. He has trialed in California, Nevada and Oregon, and especially loves to stay in hotels. He loves to be the center of attention in the family – he knows how small and cute he is! PeeWee loves a great tug session after Nosework class. He is starting to venture into AKC and UKC scentwork, as well as venture into the world of NASDA (North American Sport Dog Association) with his sister.

Dottie
Dottie was first introduced to the activity of Nosework as a puppy to help build her confidence. As she is environmentally sensitive, she has been retired from trialing formally; she loves finding safe spaces to run and chase odor. On a day-to-day basis, she loves to play with her tennis ball, as well as hunt for critters in the yard while helping her mom garden. Because of her high prey drive, she has been introduced to NASDA and loves getting out to find the rats. She is always busy!

Duke
Before coming to live with his siblings, Duke had been rehomed 4 times in 2.5 years. He was picked up from Texas and brought to our home and has been full of life ever since. He loves ALL toys, as well as romping around with his sister. Duke is an exceptionally fast learner and loves to learn new tricks. He is starting to venture into AKC and UKC scentwork.
